Granby Industrial Estate

The Estate was conceived in the late 1950’s, with the first buildings being constructed in the early 1960’s.  Since then there has been steady growth and the Estate now covers in excess of 30 acres.  The Estate benefits from a comprehensive road network allowing traffic access to the Estate without having to pass through the centre of Weymouth.  The Chickerell link road was completed in 2006 and has improved the Estate’s accessibility even further, helping it to remain the commercial centre of the area.  Today the Granby Industrial Estate is the home of many local, national and international businesses.

Lynch Lane Industrial Estate

The Lynch Lane Industrial Estate is the second largest commercial area in Weymouth and is located within a mile of the Granby Industrial Estate.
