Granby Industrial Estate
The Estate was conceived in the late 1950s, with the first buildings being constructed in the early 1960s. Since then there has been steady growth and the Estate now covers in excess of 30 acres. The Estate benefits from a comprehensive road network allowing traffic access to the Estate without having to pass through the centre of Weymouth.
The Chickerell link road was completed in 2006 and has improved the Estate’s accessibility even further, helping it to remain the commercial centre of the area. Today the Granby Industrial Estate is the home of many local, national and international businesses ranging from Europcar and DEK to Paragon Skills for Industry.

Lynch Lane Industrial Estate
The Lynch Lane Industrial Estate is the second largest commercial area in Weymouth and is located within a mile of the Granby Industrial Estate.
The Estate offers a diverse mixture of businesses which includes retail, trade counters, serviced offices and other traditional employment uses. Lynch Lane’s proximity to the extensive Littlesea Holiday Park and a large residential area make the Estate an attractive location for many businesses.

Hybris Business Park
The Hybris Business Park is conveniently located in Crossways 5 miles to the east of Dorchester on the B3390. The Estate’s central Dorset location and good surrounding roads make it the ideal location for businesses trading across Dorset and beyond.
Due to the relative youth of the Estate, many of the properties are of modern construction and have high eaves.
