Three-phase development
The first phase of Oxford Court, completed in 2008, was snapped up fast by both local and national businesses. The modern courtyard design offers substantial parking for business units that are highly secure, virtually maintenance-free and can be configured in a vast number of ways to suit individual business needs.
The second phase follows the same successful template as the original Oxford Court design with a modern courtyard-style layout and flexible, low maintenance, highly secure units. All have fast internet access and substantial parking facilities.
The site has an incredibly large road frontage. This borders it on two major sides and connects the facilities to the new £89.2 million Weymouth relief road. Road flow has also been fundamentally overhauled with the £16 million Olympic investment ushering in intelligent traffic lights, crossings and general congestion-beating technology. Link Park will also be connected to Weymouth’s Olympic cycle route: an interlinked cycle path running through the heart of South Dorset. For those taking the bus, key areas of the site will be supported by fast moving bus routes, while drivers have access to considerable on site parking.
The build is being handled by Mildren Construction and will be underway very soon. Enquiries for the new facilities are currently being taken. Please see the contact page for details.
